The Farm’s Organic Weight Loss Program has been specifically created to include The Farm’s award winning ALIVE! Cuisine & Detox Meals, target specific Integrated Medical Services and Healing Sanctuary Treatments to achieve rapid and sustainable weight loss.

During the 6 Night program you will enjoy an ALIVE! Cuisine Gourmet Meal, two-course Transition Diet Meals and Juice Fasting. The meals have been evaluated and revised to lower calories, reduce fat and take into consideration the glycemic index. While the concept of The Farm’s ALIVE! Cuisine stays the same, “To satisfy your eyes, your palate and your emotions with our delicious culinary creations”.

The Integrated Medical Services and Healing Sanctuary Treatments have been selected to encourage a continuous “burn” and are scheduled on specific days. Purification Treatment, Body Salt Baths with Reflexology, Colon Hydrotherapy, Stone Massage, Stimulating Treatment, Tibetan Steam Therapy and Skin Kayud Treatments are all part of the program. All support rapid and sustainable weight loss while breaking down fat and assisting with elimination.

The program includes a complimentary fitness evaluation with our Personal Trainer. We encourage movement & fitness every day with our Trainer and Yoga Instructors. The Jungle Gym has new cardio equipment and we have expanded our complimentary daily fitness activities. Private Personal training sessions are also available.

During the program detoxification occurs naturally. Detox is the body's natural, ongoing process of eliminating toxins from the body. This is due to the fresh organic meals & beverages, supplements & Virgin Coconut Oil, treatments & services.
